xanadu cloud is available in india ?

Hi i have try to create a account for Xanadu cloud but i did not see sign is option for new user
note iam from india

Note that access to Xanadu Cloud is only available under special request for specific research in photonics.

If you’re interested in using PennyLane you don’t need access to Xanadu Cloud. You can install PennyLane locally or use Google Colab, qBraid, or other providers. Using PennyLane gives you access to lots of simulators. Let me know if you need some pointers onto what simulator to use or something else.
