Is there a set number of requests or hard timeout for Strawberry Fields’ api? Tried to send dummy jobs as per a previous post Ability to determine if X8 can take job without having to run job? after service hours, and was met with connection timeouts.

The cloud team has just confirmed that everything looks alright on the platform side for job submission. Could you please provide us with the stack trace so the team would be able to help you with this issue?
Sure, here is what I got:
These errors only happened in off-hours. Otherwise, the api was responding fine during service hours. But, the api should still be able to send back a negative response even in off-hours, right?

I work with Samarth on the same project and just wanted to give the heads up that the
x8_device_process() error: substring is not from Strawberry Fields but is something emitted from our software for diagnostics.
The rest of the error message are the contents from any exceptions Strawberry Fields throws (in this case, what @Samarth_Sandeep has posted above).
