The requested hardware device is offline for maintenance

I’m trying to run a program on Xanadu X8 hardware, but I keep on getting this error message:

FailedJobError: The remote job baf0cb60-bc1b-4368-8c9f-5fe07bb368a5 failed due to an internal server error. Please try again. {'error-code': 'maintenance-error', 'error-detail': 'The requested hardware device is offline for maintenance. Please try again later or contact technical support for more information.'}

It was working yesterday. Is the device offline? Is there a maintenance schedule for future reference?

Yes, the device is offline at the moment. The X8 hardware is online Mon/Thur from 11am to 7pm EST time.
