I am trying to create an account but it will not let me because it will not load the personas (error message: Could not fetch user personas, please try again later.), also if I try to access the codebook without account, the pages will not load. Is it because of AWS being down?

I think it is related to the AWS issue, yes.
Let’s wait until that has been resolved and see if our website goes back to normal.
