I am an AI researcher. In fact, our company belongs to the defense industry field, and since we are using the company’s intranet, I have difficulty downloading the pennylane framework in my personal computer on the intranet. I think I need to download the pennylane framework from the external internet and move the files to the intranet.
Could you please recommend a way to solve it?
