Hi @Muhammad_Kashif ! Very good question, I have been talking to my colleague @CY_Park and he told me that it is more like a research question 
The best method (mathematically well-grounded) is obtain a channel (maybe Kraus representation) and compute its diamond distance to a Haar random channel. In this paper you can find an example of this study.
