Thanks for your question.
Originally, we preferred not to share what the function was because we thought it wasn’t necessary to complete the Codercise. The function just prepares a two qubit state applying a rotation to each qubit. However, I would like to know why you think it would be good to know what the function is and if you have any further questions about it.

The main reason is because sometimes I reproduce the codercises in Colab or in my own machine and these hidden things become an issue in those cases. Additionally, it would be good to know if it looks the same way I would guess they do.
