I cannot find any implementation of prepare_states() function. Can you provide me?

Unfortunately I cannot share the implementation of this function. But I can tell you that it’s a function which prepares a two-qubit state as a function of phi, theta, and omega.

There are different ways of doing this so feel free to code any one you choose for your notes.
