I haven’t seen VQC/QCNN being used for what you describe. Since you’re new to VQC/QCNN, I would actually recommend exploring the PennyLane Codebook. If you’re new to quantum computing I would recommend the Foundations of Quantum Computing learning path. The Codebook is interactive so you’ll get the chance to learn the topics but also test your knowledge and skills with the Codercises. You can even optain badges and certificates for obtaining certain modules.
As you advance you may want to explore the modules on Variational Quantum Algorithms and even Shor’s Algorithm, but in order to make the most of those topics it’s ideal to start from the foundations.
