Ah — sorry about this. Looks like another bug but for the same reason as the original post; both bugs are due to us currently not decomposing rotation gates with more than one control wire.
There’s a bug report already made and I’ve made our dev team aware of the issue 
. They’ll work on it and post any updates there!
