Issue with QFIM for time evolved mixed state

I’m glad it worked for you @a.rozgonyi96 !

I think it’s best to mark it as solution here in case someone else is stuck with the same problem. And we’ll still keep the issue on GitHub open to work on it when we get the chance.

Dear @CatalinaAlbornoz ,

Can I kindly ask you about the issue 7717 you opened for me before? I opened it and I saw that it is solved and merged into the master branch, if I’m not mistaken. Does it mean that if I just run my code it will work now? I tried running it, but I still run into the same error message (using the up-to-date version of pennylane, jax 0.4.33).

Hi @a.rozgonyi96 ,

In principle it should now be solved with the Master version of PennyLane. Can you please post the output of qml.about()?

Sure, this is the version I use (JAX = 0.4.33):

Hi @a.rozgonyi96 ,

I can see that the issue is because you were using PennyLane v0.41.1.
We have released PennyLane v0.42 today so you can now run pip install pennylane --upgrade to use this version.

Please let us know if the issue persists with PennyLane v0.42 or if this solves the problem!
