How to use qml.SpecialUnitary as a unitary and makes its evolution through a given density matrix

I have a denisity matrix of which is corrupted by depolarizing noise and I want to add some ancilla and take this density matrix evolve through quantum evolution via qml.SpecialUnitary(). How ever I can not able to perform evolution. Please help in this reagrds.
