I want to ask how to implement the measure based quantum model? Does Pennylane support it? Any help would be appreciated.

We recently released a great PennyLane demo on measurement-based quantum computation. In fact, Xanadu’s future quantum computers will be based on measurement-based quantum computation and since Xanadu is also the main developer of PennyLane, PennyLane will be used to access Xanadu’s future quantum computers.
