I’m Dr. Raúl Ignacio Guerrero Avilés,I am a Physics PhD and Data Scientist, perpetually expanding my knowledge through courses and independent study. I specialize in analyzing the intricate properties of two-dimensional materials. My research has advanced our understanding of electronic structures and response functions for quasi-one-dimensional systems, contributing to the broader knowledge of 2D insulators’ topological properties.

My time at the Donostia International Physics Center has not only deepened my expertise in Physics but has also allowed me to cultivate a strong skill set in data science, machine learning, and deep learning. I am proficient in Python, SQL, and MSOffice, tools that I regularly utilize for data analysis, predictive modeling, and business intelligence.
