I am a medical doctor and quantum researcher with a strong interest in genomics. I am specifically interested in QML use cases for genomics.

My first contact with QIS was during the pandemic when I participated in the Qubit by Qubit course sponsored by IBM. I have since participated in many other courses.

Last year, I worked on a quantum hybrid model combining DNABERT2 (a LLM for genomics) with a variational quantum circuit as the final layer for finetuning. Of course, I used Pennylane to accomplish this task. The medium article can be found here:
