Does pennylane.numpy.tensor provide up to 8 digits after the decimal point? How to convert numpy data to tensor type without losing precision.

Hi @zj-lucky ,

Can you please provide an example of what you want to do? You shouldn’t be losing precision here. Are you maybe trying to use torch tensors? The documentation [here](https://docs.pennylane.ai/en/stable/code/api/pennylane.numpy.tensor.html) may be able to answer some of your doubts but please feel free to expand on your question.
