Hi @RX1!

From the [OpenFermion-PySCF GitHub](https://github.com/quantumlib/OpenFermion-PySCF) I see that you first need to install [pyscf](https://github.com/sunqm/pyscf).

For this you can just `pip install pyscf`. I would suggest that you do this in a virtual environment so that you don’t run into problems later on with other projects. Here’s a [conda cheat sheet](https://docs.conda.io/projects/conda/en/4.6.0/_downloads/52a95608c49671267e40c689e0bc00ca/conda-cheatsheet.pdf) that can be useful for managing virtual environments.

Once you have created the virtual environment and installed pyscf be sure to follow the instructions [here](https://github.com/quantumlib/OpenFermion-PySCF), to install OpenFermion-PySCF either in development mode or in user mode.

You can then install other libraries and frameworks such as PennyLane.

Please let me know if this solves your problem!
