# "Get involved - Collaborate with us!" form

Hello,

I tried to send a message regarding a potential new Demo through the “Get involved - Collaborate with us!” form. However, the submit button just greyed out after I hit it and I didn’t get any confirmation, so I don’t know whether it was received ?

Can you confirm that it was or should I just share it here?

I just tried it too (to confirm its the form at the bottom of this page: [Get Involved — PennyLane](https://pennylane.ai/get-involved) )

It was blue and then when I clicked it just turned gray and did nothing.
