Challenge Availability Issue

Hello,

I registered for QHack on October 17th. I can see myslef logged into the QHack homepage, but the coding challenge and rank tabs are greyed out for me. I locked my team and have signed out and back in again but it still seems to be greyed out. Are there any steps I am missing to activate my account? Is the issue here because I registered on the 17th rather than the 16th or earlier? Or is there a way for someone to check that my account has access?

I appreciate the help.

Hi Nandini,

Your Coding Challenges and Rank tabs in the Challenge Portal are grayed out because the hackathon hasn’t started yet. You are not alone here; all the other participants, including me, are seeing the same.

Just as a heads-up, QHack will start on October 16 at 10:00 AM ET.
