I’m exploring a toy model where spacetime emerges from the interactions of information‑carrying threads. Each thread represents a line of quantum information, and when two threads cross, that crossing acts like an entanglement event. As the system evolves, the pattern of crossings forms a braid, and the complexity of that braid corresponds to the entanglement structure of the system.

In this picture:

- Vertical lines = independent information threads

- Crossings = entanglement interactions

- Knot density = curvature or “activity” of spacetime

- Final thread ordering = the emergent structure after evolution

I built an ASCII simulator that generates these braids step‑by‑step. It tracks crossings, thread permutations, and knot density, giving a simple visual way to explore how entanglement patterns can shape an emergent geometry
